BOVONI BUSINESS CENTER

Bovoni Business Center Bovoni Business Center is our largest and most secure location and is also where our primary offices and staff are located. Bovoni is 100,000 sq ft of retail and warehouse space centrally located to St. Thomas business and residential centers. 3.7 miles to Havensight, 4 miles to main post office, 2.2 miles to Fort Mylner, 2.5 miles to 4 Winds, 3.1 miles to Red Hook.  24 hour security, on duty guards, fenced, and survelliance systems installed. Large warehouses available from 1250 to 12000 sq ft. Excellent for large distribution, construction and industrial business. Easily accessible for large pick-up and delivery vehicles.

CONTANT FACILITY

Contant Facility The Contant Facility is located directly across from the St Thomas Airport, U.S. customs, and U.S. Postal and Federal Express Services. It is a perfect location for shops and services that require international shipping. Retail and warehouse sizes range from 400 to 2300 sq. ft.

SUB-BASE FACILITY

Sub-Base Facility The Sub-Base Facility is located close to the Crown Bay Cruise Ship Terminals, and international cargo shipping point-of-entry. It is equaly close to downtown businesses, banking locations and distribution centers across St. Thomas. A perfect location for either tourism based retail shops or logistics dependant businesses.

BOVONI MINI-STORAGE

Bovoni Mini-Storage Bovoni Mini-Storage is a self-storage facility located on the Bovoni Business Center Complex. Secure, fire resistant, waterproof and easily accessable. Sizes range from 100 to 1500 cubic feet. Units are available on either the 1st or 2nd floors.
